My H8 Letter to the Gr8 American Theatre (A Reading)

In the midst of the omicron variant, the MFA Directing Fellows, organized by Scout Davis, held a zoom reading of Diana Oh’s monumental play “My H8 Letter to the Gr8 American Theatre” with an acting company from the school of drama. The project included a 2-day workshop exploring Oh’s text while interacting with Diana. The workshop’s goal was to excavate the play’s greater themes and extrapolate them to brainstorm a new future for the field.
