Anika Hirt

Anika Hirt is an artist and programmer who explores the interplay and limitations of our digital world. Her works focus on experiencing the digital in physical space, giving the observer the possibility to explore and reflect. At the STUDIO, she assists in event production and communication and improves the physical and electronic infrastructure. She upkeeps the digital archives, the systems for archiving materials, and writes, prepares and edits materials for the web and social network. She “sometimes still or now and then” freelances as web and application programmer for media projects and previously worked at the 2010 Ars Electronica Festival as project manager.
