Are we watching these games, are we playing these movies… who knows!

At this workshop, we’ll be exploring the realm of interactive video, FMVs (Full Motion Videos), and other bizarre works that blur the lines between movie screening, video game, and choose your own adventure. This game sampling will include pieces from across the decades including hard to find 90s FMVs, point-and-click adjacent CD-roms, and more modern interactive videos. Participants are welcome to play games or just hang out and watch while learning about this interesting multidisciplinary medium!
