Mediated Mouse is the resulting screening program from Visiting Assistant Professor Angela Washko’s class Digitally Mediated Performance: Conversations with Mainstream Media. The program features performances, performances for video, performative algorithms, self-identified spiritual awakenings, a reading and interventions by Will Taylor, Claire Hentschker, Maddy Varner, Nima Dehghani and Miles Peyton.  Throughout the course, class participants responded to (and often departed wildly from) four prompts including conversations with pop culture, data as evidence/performing cultural analysis, interventions in multi-user digital spaces, and re-performing histories.
