All are welcome to the inaugural meeting of DARK (Design Assisted Radical Kindness).

From the organizers:

The current political climate has left many of us feeling like we want to contribute to ensuring the safety and basic human rights of those we care about. That’s why we’ve created DARK – Design Assisted Radical Kindness. We’re inviting designers, artists, technologists, and community members to meet and consider interventions – made collaboratively – during our meetings (and hopefully carrying on). Come Monday with ideas and a desire to make things right away.

AGENDA
6PM This is the first meeting, so there will be a welcome and announcement of group standards (open, inclusive, and radically kind). Then we’ll move quickly to examining areas that design/tech/art interventions could be most impactful. If you have an idea for a project, you can pitch it, and we’ll get to work.
