Over August 13-18, the p5.js community will gather together for a conference to push the p5.js environment and community to the next level. On August 17, we will open our work and invite the public into the ideas and projects we’ve been working on during the week. Artists, developers, designers, writers, educators, and other interested folks from all backgrounds and skill levels will link up to participate in a series of conversations, community building activities, and performances in direct support of the rapidly expanding present and bright futures of p5.js and creative expression online. This year’s focus has been prioritizing dialogue centering access, music and code in performance, p5.js in the global context, and the p5.js amidst the landscape of creative tech.

p5.js is a free, open-source, client-side JavaScript library for creating graphic and interactive experiences on the web, based on the core principles of Processing. It is widely regarded as the major way forward for sharing Processing sketches in the browser. The p5.js community is a vibrant and forward-thinking group of creators from around the world. We hope you’ll join us!
