Composer speed dating will introduce the work of the CMU School of Music Composer Department to all students and faculty of the university, in order to encourage new, innovative and cross-disciplinary projects.

This diverse department is keen to collaborate with practitioners from a wide range of disciplines including visual art, architecture, game design, computer science, robotics, engineering, theatre, English, sociology, politics, music, business and many more. Perhaps your work could benefit from the expertise of a musician, or a composer might be able to gain from your expertise in your own field. Whatever your interests and no matter how small your prior knowledge of music may be, come to share lunch with us and learn about the ways in which we could work together.
